Maybe-When.org was purchased from E-Starr Hosting in February of 2005. This is a personal site belonging to Ellie. Meaning, you can't take anything unless it's under the visitor section, in which case credit is required. I have the right to put whatever I desire on this domain, so don't complain if you see something you don't like. I don't care about you. This site is fully XHTML validated and is viewable in any browser, but Mozilla Firefox is better than anything you have dammit.

what's in a name? Maybe-When comes from two different places. First off, it is a repeated line in my favorite song, "Punk Rock Princess" by Something Corporate. Secondly, it's a small yet meaningful quote from episode 21 of season 7 of my favorite television show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Plus, it's simple and yet has much possibility behind it. It's almost a mystery to those who don't understand it and I like it that way.

hosting Yes, I am currently looking for hostees. If you have a personal site that needs a new home, give here a shot. I like people who already have knowledge of ftp, graphic design, etc. To apply, just email me at ellie@maybe-when.org and I'll let you know. Please put "Hosting" as the subject of your message. If I do end up wanting desperately to have your site housed here, you'd get the following:
- up to 30mb of space (or more if you need it)
- plenty of bandwith
- you.maybe-when.org
- personal ftp
- email forwarder
- MYSQL/CGI/etc
- my help in certain matters
- and of course my undying devotion.

my internet history I started with a website in 2001. I bought a domain around that time, VanillaTeardrops.com. Horrible name, I know. Please spare the mockery. After that one died, I bought Vanilla-Twist.org. I don't know where that name came from. It had a nice ring to it. Simultaneously, I also owned Happy-Endings.net, which I used for hosting others' sites as well as my own fanlistings. That name was from an All-American Rejects song. I got bored of that and let the domain expire. I owned both V-T.org and H-E.net at least two years or so. I got tired of the vanilla theme, so in winter of 2005, I purchased this one. I plan on not changing for a while. It was way too much of a hassle.
